">This role leads the Export Documentation team to deliver compliant documentation and exceptional customer service. The position provides strong leadership and responsibility for timely and accurate delivery of export documentation and records.
">The Opportunity
">We are seeking a Post Shipment Export Documentation Manager to manage the work allocation for the team, process documentation, and assist in the development of the export documentation platforms.
">About You
">To be successful, you will require a high level of technical knowledge and understanding of export documentation. Additionally, you should have experience leading teams, facilitating decision-making, and problem-solving.

Requirements
">You will need:
">- 5 or more years of experience with accurate export documentation handling and managing documentation issues (including RFPs and other certificates)
">- Demonstrable experience in challenging administrative roles
">- Proven experience leading teams
">- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including conflict management
">- Adaptable and flexible to a changing operating environment
">- A high level of attention to detail, ability to prioritise and plan
">- Sees an issue and takes action, showing initiative in all parts of the role
">- Strong aptitude in Excel and all Microsoft Office products
