Hays has partnered with a global leading equipment manufacturer on the South Side of Brisbane to offer a great opportunity for an Export Coordinator.
**Your new role**
In this role you will be reporting to the Shipping & Logistics Manager and will be responsible for:
- Preparing all export shipping documentation
- Arranging third party shipments and monitoring said shipments
- Handling all aspects of shipments including obtaining and negotiating ILC's and SBLC
- Maintaining detailed records of all shipments and related documents
- Monitoring and being aware of Tariffs that can affect business
- All other general duties and responsibilities for export and shipping documentation and duties
**What you'll need to succeed**
To succeed in this role you will need:
- Previous experience in the same or a similar role
- Skilled in Microsoft programmes
- High level export documentation skills
- Knowledge and understanding of Incoterms
