We are seeking an experienced Shipment Officer who can provide a point of contact to our national network of business partners and end users for the purpose of transporting and supplying products.

Overview

This is a great opportunity for long term permanent employment and the ability to represent the best interests of our client while adhering to company policies and enhancing customer satisfaction through service delivery in liaison with warehouse and other relevant staff.

Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding levels of support in warehouse receiving and dispatch processes
  • Coordination experience in Warehousing and Transport (essential)
  • Present oneself in a positive and professional manner at all times
  • Build strong and positive business relationships with customers and end users
  • Co-operate by willingly participating and supporting team decisions, being a good team player
  • Share information by keeping people informed and up-to-date about group processes
  • Promote a friendly climate, good morale and co-operation, and maintain a good reputation with internal and external customers
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in Warehousing and Transport essential
Details
  • Salary: $38.99 per hour inclusive of casual loading
  • Location: Port of Brisbane
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday 6.00am-2.00pm
  • Must have full working rights and own transport
