Job Title: Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Temporary Customer Service Representative to support our team during the busy lead-up to the holiday season. This role will be fast-paced and demands strong customer service skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office.



Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and email
  • Manage the email inbox and triage emails to the appropriate teams
  • Respond to customer emails as needed
  • Resolve customer queries, including website-related issues
  • Perform accurate data entry


About the Role:

This is a full-time, temporary position working Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm. As the Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing the email inbox, and resolving customer queries.
