About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Easygo. As a key member of our support squad, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through chat, ensuring their needs are met and their satisfaction is guaranteed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints, offering solutions and following up to ensure satisfaction
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams as needed
  • Continuously strive to improve the customer experience by providing feedback and suggestions for process improvements

Required Skills:

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work a shift pattern of 7-3, 3-11, 11-7 across 365 days
