About the Role

This is a Customer Success Advocate role with Square (Block), one of the leading companies in Australia. As a key member of the Customer Success team, you will work closely with Square sellers to resolve issues, demonstrate product capabilities, and provide feedback to improve Square's products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with Square sellers through phone and email to resolve issues and provide support.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of Square's products and services to help sellers get the most out of their Square experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and document seller issues, and work to resolve them efficiently.
  • Analyze trends and patterns in seller issues to provide recommendations for improving seller loyalty and overall experience.
  • Work closely with sellers to understand their unique challenges and provide tailored solutions to help them succeed.
Requirements
  • Language proficiency in English with excellent communication skills.
  • Passion for technology and customer support, with experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and ability to personalize solutions for individual businesses.
