Global Tax Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled tax leader to join our Finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing global tax strategies, managing transfer pricing systems, and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute global tax plans and related transfer pricing systems and processes
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to manage R&D Tax Credit claims
  • Manage income tax calculation and tax-effect accounting
  • Tax compliance (including sales tax, fringe benefit tax) and governance in each territory we operate
  • Assist with M&A tax related activities

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in tax leadership within high-growth companies operating globally in technology or SaaS
  • A results-driven approach with ability to dissect complex problems, identify solutions, and drive to completion autonomously and cost-effectively
  • A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills to influence across the organization
  • Keen attention to detail and a data-driven approach to ensure accuracy and informed decisions
  • Intellectual curiosity and a passion for leveraging technology, including AI, to drive process improvements in tax compliance, planning, and reporting
