Role Overview

We are seeking a visionary Chief Technical Strategist to lead our engineering efforts. As a key member of our leadership team, you will drive innovation and growth by guiding and leading a high-performing team of engineers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster a culture of excellence through open communication, psychological safety, and continuous learning.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement technology roadmaps that drive business growth.
  • Identify opportunities to improve existing processes and implement new technologies to stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements

Technical Skills
  • Strong knowledge of software development principles, including Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Experience with cloud native development, including AWS or similar platforms.
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Java, C#, or Python.
  • Knowledge of databases, including PostgreSQL and Oracle.
  • Understanding of CI/CD tools, such as GitHub Actions and TeamCity.
  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools, including Prometheus and Grafana.
  • Desirable skills include AI & Machine Learning knowledge, GenAI tools, and expertise in Security Engineering principles.
