Job Title: Customer Experience Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate applications for digital certificates and determine eligibility based on organizational information.
  • Verify customer company legitimacy as a legal business entity.
  • Confirm customer company right to use listed internet domain name.
  • Ensure named contacts are employed at customer company or have necessary rights.
  • Mitigate risk by utilizing local knowledge in supported countries.
  • Flag suspicious applications with management.
Required Skills:
  • Fluent English and Chinese (Mandarin essential, Cantonese beneficial).
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in native language and any listed on CV.
  • Diploma or bachelor's degree desirable but not required.
