About The Role

This pivotal role will lead a multi-disciplinary team across HR, WHS, payroll, and organisational development, driving strategic workforce transformation, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring alignment with our Mission, Vision, and strategic priorities.

  • Lead and inspire a high performing People and Culture team.
  • Drive strategic HR initiatives including performance, learning, and talent development.
  • Oversee WHS systems and foster a proactive safety culture.
  • Provide expert advice to stakeholders.
  • Champion organisational change and workforce capability development.

The Ideal Candidate To be successful, you will have:

Requirements
  • 10+ years in senior People and Culture leadership roles.
  • Proven success in leading change within complex organisations.
  • Expertise in HR strategy, WHS, industrial relations, and payroll.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • A commitment to our values and Mission.
