Bethanie is a leading not-for-profit aged care provider based in Western Australia.

Our mission is to create a better world for ageing Australians and their communities.

We are seeking an experienced Leadership and Culture Professional to join our People and Transformation team.

This role reports to the Group Manager - Organisational Capability and is responsible for developing Bethanie's Leadership Framework and associated Development Pathways to drive cultural change across the organisation.

The key focus for this role is establishing the organisation's leadership stages, identifying relevant leadership and management competencies, and designing pathways for leaders to realise their potential.

Duties include:

  • Developing a consistent approach to culture development.
  • Creating an integrated Bethanie Behaviours, Leadership Framework and Culture Development approach to drive sustainable organisational performance.
  • Identifying and recommending a recognised Leadership/Culture methodology and diagnostic tool for development and measurement.

You are passionate about identifying and developing potential leaders and creating opportunities for driving high performance in your organisation.

You have successfully designed and implemented leadership development and culture transformation programs and possess:

  • Strong interpersonal, influencing and communication skills.
  • A data-driven, strategic mindset with creative thinking and planning abilities.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, Education, Psychology or a related field.
