Senior People Partner Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior People Partner to join our team. This role will support our advisory and tax service lines by partnering with senior leaders to develop and implement people strategies that enhance performance, engagement, and growth across the employee lifecycle.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage and advise senior leaders on all people matters, including employee relations, performance management, remuneration, engagement, inclusion and diversity, talent management, wellbeing, and turnover, while identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Lead and deliver people initiatives and HR projects that build capability, support business outcomes, and improve the employee experience.
  • Support organisational change and transformation by providing expert advice and embedding people-first solutions.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships within client groups and key stakeholders to understand and anticipate business needs and priorities.
  • Utilise data and insights to inform decisions, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement across the employee lifecycle.
  • Coach and support leaders in applying HR policies, tools, and frameworks consistently, while enhancing leadership capabilities.
About You:
  • Demonstrated experience in a HR business partnering role, preferably within professional services or a complex matrix environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate business strategy into people outcomes.
  • Deep understanding of contemporary HR practices, employment law, and change management.
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels.
