  • Effectively communicate with customers to ensure they are aware of the status of their home during the pre-construction process
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by building and maintaining strong relationships
  • Provide regular updates to customers and maintain accurate records of project details
  • Liaise with internal teams to coordinate client variations when required

Requirements:

  • Construction industry experience is essential for success in this role
  • Previous experience working within a project management or customer-focused position is highly desirable
  • Ability to manage a portfolio of customers at different stages through the pre-construction journey
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with team members, stakeholders and customers
