Pre Construction Leadership Role

About the Job:
We are seeking an experienced Pre Construction Manager to lead our pre-construction process. The successful candidate will oversee planning, estimating, programming and client liaison throughout the early project phases.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with design, estimating and project teams for alignment and efficiency.
- Work closely with clients, consultants and subcontractors to drive value and innovation.
- Manage documentation and approvals for seamless handover to delivery teams.
- Identify and manage project risks early in the process.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience in pre-construction or project management within commercial fit-outs or construction new builds.
- Strong understanding of D&C contract models and stakeholder management.
- Exceptional communication, organisation and leadership skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
