This award-winning residential builder is renowned for delivering architecturally designed, luxury homes of the highest quality. With a reputation for precision, craftsmanship and client excellence, they are seeking a Pre-Construction/Design Coordinator to manage the pre-construction process. This role is pivotal in ensuring projects are delivered seamlessly, on time, and to the highest standards while liaising with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate pre-construction documentation, drawings and schedules across multiple disciplines
  • Manage planning and building permits, authority approvals and compliance requirements
  • Oversee site preparation including demolition scope, services applications and compliance documentation
  • Support pool and landscaping design approvals and integration into project programs
  • Maintain strong stakeholder communication and reporting to project managers and leadership

Skills & Experience

  • Qualification in building design, architecture or construction management
  • 3–5 years' experience in design coordination or documentation within luxury residential project
  • Strong knowledge of construction documentation, building regulations and authority processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CAD/Revit, Procore and Microsoft Projects
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organisational skills and proactive communication
