Pre-Construction Project Lead

A strategic thinker with a passion for detail and delivering excellence is sought after to lead the pre-construction process. The successful candidate will oversee planning, estimating, programming, and client liaison, ensuring smooth transitions and exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate pre-construction activities including tender management, project planning, and documentation control
- Work closely with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to drive value and innovation in construction projects
- Manage project risks early in the process and ensure seamless handover to delivery teams
- Proven experience in a pre-construction or project management role within commercial fit-outs or construction new build
- Strong understanding of D&C contract models and stakeholder management
- Exceptional communication, organisation, and leadership skills
- Genuine flexibility – work/life balance is a priority
