Description:

About the Role

As Pre-Construction Projects Manager, you'll be the central point of contact for all Valeo projects during the pre-construction phase—ensuring feasibility, compliance, and readiness before handover to delivery teams. You'll collaborate closely, lead and manage team members in design, estimating, contract administration and work closely with production departments to set up each project for success.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage early works across multiple residential and commercial projects

Review and advise on head contracts, scopes, specifications, and design documentation

Facilitate stakeholder engagement, including consultants, clients, and relevant authorities

Support contract negotiations and ensure execution of consultancy agreements

Lead tender handovers and assist with buildability reviews and cost planning

Prepare and track project documentation including cash flows, programs, and pre-construction checklists

Assist production teams with contract administration and project kick-off activities

Collaborate with finance and legal teams on project pipeline reporting, insurances, and securities

Skills and Experiences:

What You'll Bring

Demonstrated experience in pre-construction/project management within the commercial and/or residential construction sectors

Solid understanding of head contracts, legal frameworks, and pre-construction workflows

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to lead and manage a team of multidisciplinary professionals

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet key milestones

Strong attention to detail and a solutions-oriented approach

Comfortable working across diverse teams and liaising with external stakeholders and consultants

Strong commercial acumen and understanding of project cash flow and program delivery

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

24-hour response time for stakeholder communication

On-time delivery of pre-construction milestones

Timely execution of conditions precedent and consultancy agreements

Support seamless project handovers to construction teams within a 16-week benchmark

Contribution to client satisfaction and head contract win rates
