About the Role

This is a strategic leadership position responsible for overseeing the pre-construction phase of commercial new build and fitout projects.

  • Lead the planning, estimating, programming, and client liaison processes to ensure smooth transitions and exceptional client experiences.
  • Collaborate with design, estimating, and project teams to drive alignment and efficiency.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to deliver value and innovation.
  • Ensure seamless handovers to delivery teams by managing documentation and approvals.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks early in the process.
Your Skills and Experience

We're seeking a seasoned professional with:

  • Proven experience in pre-construction or project management roles within commercial fitouts or construction new builds.
  • A solid understanding of D&C contract models and stakeholder management.
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and leadership skills.
