Job Description:

We are seeking an accomplished leader to fill the role of Senior Customer Connections Manager. This strategic position requires a strong understanding of customer relationship development and growth strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering effective solutions in complex organisations, with experience in leading the development and implementation of commercial strategies. They will be responsible for building deeper customer connections and driving sustainable growth through seamless customer experience design and engagement strategies.

This role involves operationalising programs through communications, frontline training, reporting, quality assurance, vendor management, and customer resolutions. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing internal and external relationships essential to the effective operation of referral and loyalty propositions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading engagement across health insurance and health services to deliver enterprise customer growth metrics.
  • Driving product confidence and member retention by embedding proof points across frontline teams.
  • Managing a team of Referral Partnership Managers to operationalise programs.
  • Ensuring referral and loyalty propositions evolve in line with competitor activity, regulatory changes, customer needs, and market developments.
