Premier Relationship Manager

We are seeking a forward-thinking professional with a proven track record in customer excellence to join our team as a Premier Relationship Manager.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Partner with customers on appropriate financial solutions
  • Act as the brand ambassador for the organisation, liaising directly with valued customers

  • Fulfil customer's needs by providing tailored solutions to achieve and grow their financial goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to deepen skills and expertise
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in customer excellence in banking, gained as a Client Relationship Manager, Officer or Executive
  • Desire to develop financial expertise and grow career
  • Ability to understand and provide solutions to meet individual customer needs through first-class customer service
  • Proven track record in growing diverse high net worth customer portfolios
  • Relevant experience in personal lending products, including mortgage lending
  • Higher School Certificate completion is essential, with relevant tertiary qualifications highly regarded
