Customer Relationship Strategist Job

The role of Customer Relationship Strategist is to lead the development and execution of customer-centric initiatives that drive engagement, retention, and lifetime value.

This position requires a candidate with 5+ years' experience in CRM, loyalty, or retention marketing, preferably in retail, fashion, or eCommerce. They should have a proven track record of delivering measurable growth in customer engagement and retention.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Data Management:
    • Develop and execute data-driven strategies to enhance customer relationships and drive purchasing behavior.
    • Partner with key stakeholders to evolve program benefits, promotions, and engagement strategies.
  • Campaign Development & Optimisation:
    • Map and maintain a holistic contact strategy to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
    • Build campaign frameworks and content journeys to deepen customer relationships and drive purchasing behavior.
    • Leverage insights to continuously optimise journeys and campaign performance.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
    • Monitor campaign and loyalty program KPIs, producing regular reports with actionable insights to improve performance.
  • Team Collaboration & Process Improvement:
    • Collaborate with martech, marketing, and data teams to enhance CRM capabilities, automation, and integration.
