Job Opportunity

This role is seeking an experienced CRM and Loyalty Manager to lead customer relationship management and loyalty initiatives.

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to evolve program benefits, promotions, and engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Loyalty Program Development & Management
  • Own the strategy, delivery, and growth of the loyalty program including acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Develop lifecycle marketing journeys to re-engage customers.
Customer Journey Development & Campaign Optimisation
  • Map and maintain a contact strategy to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
  • Build campaign frameworks and content journeys that deepen customer relationships.
Data & Insights
  • Leverage the Customer Data Platform to build audience segments for targeted campaigns.
  • Implement A/B testing to refine targeting and messaging.
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in CRM, loyalty, or retention marketing.
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable growth in customer engagement.
  • Strong data analysis skills with experience using CRM and analytics platforms.
