Job Overview:
This is a customer-centric role that requires developing and maintaining strong relationships with a portfolio of SME customers.
- Main Responsibilities:
- To proactively develop and maintain a detailed understanding of customer business and financial needs.
- To provide customers with appropriate solutions to meet their requirements.
- To build and maintain strong internal and external networks to support deal design and execution.
Main Skills Required:
Relationship management, customer solutioning, credit assessment and management, business development, coaching, portfolio management, commercial acumen, planning and prioritisation, industry experience.
Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding of industry trends, market & competition factors, key customer success indicators, supplier/contract norms, credit approval drivers, and strategy application within the industry.
