We can call you a BDM, Technical Sales Specialist or Sales Rep but what's most important is that you're a Hunter.
Geared up with brand new sales materials, merch, and technical resources, you'll be on the road growing some existing major accounts as well as hunting for new opportunities and prospects, and accounts.
You'll be growing our business by helping customers grow theirs.
You'll get to know their people, understand the challenges they face, and the environment in which they operate.
You'll get across the line because you've solved a problem, saved them money, or provided a safer, more efficient alternative lifting solution.
You'll be the type of people person we all want to be - you easily make new friends, are comfortable in a room of strangers, and can talk underwater.
Building relationships will be easy and identifying the key decision-makers will be second nature.
You'll need to be able to work autonomously.
But as the saying goes, teamwork makes the dream work, and you'll need to focus on working collaboratively with our local and national sales and operations teams.
While we'd love someone with industry experience, the reality is that we're in a bit of a niche industry and so that's not always possible.
It'd be great if you've worked in a similar industry and have skills/knowledge that are transferable.
If not, you'll need to learn fast, be willing to take advice, and put your hand up to ask questions.
You'll be supported by a business that has your back, wants you to grow, and is willing to invest in your ideas.
