About The Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

  • Develop and implement business improvement programs to drive continuous improvement and deliver high-impact projects.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions.
  • Lead the development and implementation of lean manufacturing business improvement projects.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen).
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • A collaborative approach to partnering with leaders and employees at all levels.
  • Industry experience (preferred) ideally in Aluminium, heavy industrial, or operational environments.
