Graymont Limited, a leading manufacturer, is seeking a Quality Assurance and Process Excellence Specialist to join our team. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining the high standards of quality and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced professional to assume the role of Administrator of our Enterprise Quality Management Software. The ideal candidate will promote the Quality Policy, measure quality achievement, and performance improvement throughout the organization.

The selected individual will conduct investigations, internal audits, and root cause analyses of Quality incidents, ensuring appropriate corrective/preventive actions are taken. They will lead a team of quality auditors (internal or external) when needed and prepare reports on audit results.

This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to work with various departments, and excellent organizational and planning abilities. The successful applicant must be willing to travel and work in a plant environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A College or University degree in a Science or related program
  • Good knowledge of continuous improvement and Quality Management Systems, and Internal Audit in a manufacturing environment
  • Proven teambuilding and leadership skills and able to work with operations, technical, sales, and management staff
  • Willing to travel and work in a plant environment
  • Excellent organization and planning skills, and attention to detail; must be able to manage multiple tasks with the ability to work independently and to meet deadlines
