Job Description

Fiserv is seeking an IT Infrastructure Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. This role will oversee the testing of software features as part of a collaborative team, ensuring proper configuration management of testware produced and traceability of tests to the test basis.

  • Sound knowledge in Cards & Payments area and experience in VisionPLUS application.
  • Reviews client requirements and provides feedback.
  • Develops test objectives, organizational test policies, test strategies, and test plans in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Schedules tests for execution and monitors progress, adapting the test plan as needed.
  • Leads and mentors Testers, sharing knowledge to ensure QA staff meets technical qualifications.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A strong understanding of software quality assurance best practices and methodologies.
  • Experience in testing various applications, services, and user interfaces.
  • Excellent communication skills, including ability to act as liaison between QA and development teams.
