Job DescriptionAs a Software Quality Assurance Specialist at swipejobs, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products and services. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to identify test requirements and create comprehensive test plans
- Conducting various types of manual testing, including functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing
- Developing and maintaining test documentation, such as test plans, test cases, and test reports
- Managing defects and issues, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Continuously improving testing processes, methodologies, and tools
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in manual testing, including test planning, test case design, and test execution
- Experience with agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
- A strong understanding of software testing principles and practices
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
