About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Injury Recovery Specialist to join our national Health, Safety, and Wellbeing team. This is a key role that will play a crucial part in implementing best practice injury management, prevention, and return-to-work programs across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide proactive intervention and support to injured workers to ensure timely recovery and minimize downtime.
  • Coach and guide managers, injured workers, and service providers to enhance injury recovery outcomes through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Motivate the broader team to implement early intervention strategies, promoting a culture of health and wellbeing within the organization.
  • Oversight of claims management across all jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and optimizing outcomes for both employees and employers.
  • Analysis and insights on injury and claims trends to inform senior leadership and drive data-driven decision-making.

About You

We are looking for someone with 5+ years of experience in a return-to-work or injury management role. The ideal candidate will possess high-level interpersonal, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills, as well as strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

You will be able to identify and resolve issues through multi-source information evaluation and work effectively with geographically dispersed stakeholders, demonstrating adaptability and resilience in a dynamic environment.
