Job Description

Our team seeks an experienced Return to Work Specialist to assist workers, employers, and treating health practitioners in managing recovery from work injury and returning to life. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, with experience working in claims management or allied health.

This role involves providing early intervention and high-quality face-to-face service, as well as maintaining knowledge of relevant legislation and changes to ensure accurate claim advice is provided to customers. You will work closely with our Return to Work Specialists to facilitate and monitor cost management strategies on claims, ensuring cost-effectiveness for sustainability of the scheme.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Demonstrated customer service experience
  • Workers Compensation and/or Claims Management experience desirable but not essential
  • Previous experience in Allied Health or Job Placement industry desirable but not essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a team player attitude
  • High levels of autonomy with a learning mindset
  • Exceptional time management and organisation skills
  • Experience working within a dynamic fast-paced environment
