About the Opportunity
  • You will proactively manage all aspects of caseloads of worker's compensation claims within SA legislation and compliance guidelines.
  • Provide personalized face-to-face assistance to Seriously Injured Workers, ensuring they receive the support needed for their recovery and return to work.
  • Deliver tailored advice to stakeholders such as workers, employers, and providers to facilitate smooth case management.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with rehabilitation providers and approval of rehabilitation plans to ensure successful outcomes.
Your Skills and Qualifications
  • Possess knowledge of relevant worker's compensation legislation and regulations.
  • Demonstrate a basic understanding of medical terminology to effectively communicate with healthcare professionals.
  • Showcase high attention to detail and excellent organizational skills to manage multiple cases efficiently.
  • Employ sound negotiation and influencing skills to achieve successful case outcomes.
