Job Overview

This is a dynamic role that combines detailed pre-cruise turnaround logistics, operational supervision on the day of turnaround, and thorough post-cruise turnaround reporting and financial reconciliation.

A key responsibility will be planning and executing cruise ship turnaround operations at multiple Australian ports within tight timeframes. Effective coordination with staff, transfers, baggage handling, documentation, and communication with stakeholders are essential for success in this position.


Key Requirements
  • Extensive knowledge of daily planning and operations in holiday destinations and/or cruise businesses.
  • Confident decision-making skills under pressure, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results efficiently.
  • Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments and maintain quality standards.
  • Proactive approach to providing excellent guest service with an emphasis on quality, efficiency, and flexibility.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
