Embarkation and Debarkation Specialist

Job Description
  • Deliver exceptional customer service as the primary point of contact for embarkation and debarkation operations.
  • Work closely with various cruise lines and their clients to ensure smooth operations, achieving high guest and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with a team responsible for preparation, execution, and review of operations to maintain a high standard of quality service.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
  • Knowledge and experience in daily planning and operations in holiday destinations and/or cruise businesses.
  • Able to work under pressure, make confident decisions, and maintain a proactive guest service mindset.
  • Flexible work schedule, including varying shifts depending on cruise ship schedules.
