Port Operations Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in the strategic planning and execution of turnaround operations at various ports across Australia.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement logistical strategies to ensure seamless transportation, staffing, and other operational requirements.
  • Liaise closely with shipboard teams to review and confirm all final operational details, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
  • Prepare comprehensive turnaround day documentation to facilitate efficient operations.
  • Ensure that all operations are delivered within established guidelines, company procedures, and allocated resources.
  • Proactively identify and address potential operational risks or challenges ahead of delivery.
Your Skills and Qualifications
  • You have extensive knowledge and experience in daily planning and operations within the holiday destination and/or cruise industry.
  • You possess strong decision-making skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • You can effectively multitask in high-pressure environments.
  • You have a proactive guest service mindset, prioritizing quality and efficiency in all aspects of your work.
