Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to join our team as a Full Time Shop Assistant. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining visually appealing displays, and ensuring the store is fully stocked with fresh produce and products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the face of our store: Deliver exceptional customer service with a smile, creating a warm and welcoming environment for everyone.
  • Surprise and delight: Serve up fresh, delicious food that makes our customers' day
  • Keep it fresh: Maintain visually appealing displays and ensure the store is fully stocked with the best produce, dairy, and everything in between.
  • Stay on point: Keep our pricing and signage accurate, ensuring everything's in tip-top shape.
  • Stock up and stay organised: Keep shelves and backstock fresh, tidy, and stocked so everything's ready to go
  • Safety first: Maintain a clean, safe environment so everyone can shop and work worry-free.
  • Be a food ambassador: Take part in sampling programs, making sure customers can taste the quality of our goods
  • Follow the rules: Stick to all health and safety procedures, ensuring a safe shopping and working experience for everyone.
