About the Role

As a Full Time Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintain a clean and well-organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card payments
  • Restock shelves and maintain visual merchandising displays to optimize sales
  • Assist with stocktakes and inventory management tasks
