Drive Way Concierge Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic full-time professional to join our successful service team as a Drive Way Concierge. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring smooth vehicle transactions.

  • Greet customers on arrival and provide a warm welcome
  • Check in vehicles with service advisors and ensure accurate processing
  • Move vehicles to waiting bays efficiently
  • Accompany customers during drop-offs when required
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times
  • Adhere to procedures when handling customer vehicles to prevent damage or loss
  • Assist in car wash duties when needed
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as instructed by management
