**PHARMACY ASSISTANT REQUIRED Skincare Specialist - Full time/ Part Time**

**Role**:
We are looking for a dynamic, fun and hard working **Skincare Specialist** to join our team at **Priceline Pharmacy Gordon** no pharmacy experience required (we are happy to train ) but skincare experience highly desirable in a retail environment.

This role will require you to work either 4 or 5 days a week on a Tuesday to Saturday or Wednesday to Saturday roster. We are flexible on the hours but the roster will include working Saturdays.

**Responsibilities**:

- Project a positive, friendly & enthusiastic manner to both customers and fellow team members
- Actively work on the floor to service sell to all customers through demonstrations and professional advice, providing a caring and informed service
- Understand the client's needs in skincare, propose personalized skincare program that deliver accurate results to ensure client satisfaction
- Share beauty trends and facial techniques and tips with clients to inspire them to explore our Beauty range
- Maintain a high level of Pharmacy product knowledge to provide outstanding customer service and to be of assistance to all customers at all times
- Be confident, comfortable and capable of giving customers the correct product information.

**Requirements**:

- MUST have previous experience working in a similar role in the skincare industry
- Pharmacy knowledge preferred but not essential
- An outgoing, positive and passionate personality
- You enjoy a flexible schedule that includes working Saturdays
- A certificate or diploma qualifications in skincare highly desirable

Ideally, you have had previous experience working in a Retail/Pharmacy environment, with a good understanding of POS systems and operational procedures. You possess strong communication skills; have a keen eye for detail and a work ethic that will see you stand out amongst others.

Our trading hours include weekends, so this position will include some rotational weekend shifts, however we are very flexible. Our team members are our greatest assets, so your enthusiasm, can-do attitude and genuine passion for the delivery of outstanding customer service will shine above all else.
