Job Description

As a Customer Experience Partner, you will play an essential role in delivering technical product support to our clients. This includes post-onboarding assistance, bug resolution, and integration issue management.

About the Role
  • Work closely with sales teams to provide technical support to customers with varying levels of complexity.
  • Manage inbound enquiries from clients via phone and email, including support for listing creation, template issues, and bug queries.
  • Identify process and product improvements from client feedback to drive company strategy.
  • Assist with escalations and complex queries that may require development and sales team attention.
