Technical Product Specialist

We are seeking a talented and experienced Technical Product Specialist to lead our R&D initiatives in the dairy industry. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to utilize their expertise in product development, technical leadership, and collaboration.
Job Description:The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing R&D programs focused on new technologies, product optimization, and strategic growth.
- Leading technical initiatives in cream cheese and powders.
- Collaborating with sales and customers to identify opportunities and resolve issues.
- Driving product and process optimization to improve quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A tertiary qualification in Dairy Science or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in dairy manufacturing, with 5+ years in R&D or technical roles.
- Deep knowledge of dairy product manufacturing, especially powders and cream cheese.
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis capabilities.
- Expertise in chemical and microbiological data interpretation.
