**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a Technical Product Specialist to join our Systems Components team. Within this role you would leverage your software development, architecture or technical product expertise to work with our development team to build software systems that solve the global logistics industries most challenging problems. You will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between technical specifics and business needs.

This role sits in our WiseTech Platform services team, that enables WiseTech Product teams to deliver high quality products faster. By building on our platforms, teams can rely on common building blocks that are designed to be flexible, secure, reliable, performant, scalable, and easy to use. This allows product teams to be more efficient by focusing on solving domain specific problems.

**What you will be doing within this role**:

- Deeply engaging with both our customers and other product teams to understand their technical pain points and translate them into high level design/solution documents
- Provide expert technical support to customer incidents and issues in a timely manner related to the system components/architecture core teams
- Utilize your technical background to collaborate with our software development teams and design concrete solutions
- Assist in aligning the product roadmap with the company priorities and manage/update the product enhancements backlog based on the priorities
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate the product meets the functional objectives
- Contribute to product documentation
- Work closely with the Product Manager in setting up the product vision, roadmap and strategy

**What you will have to be successful in this role**:

- Strong technical background of 4+ years working as a Software Developer, Technical Product Owner/Specialist or Technical Business Analyst
- Strong communication skills to be able to bridge the gap between business needs and technical specifications
- The ability to understand, analyze and transform pain points into implementable solutions
- Creative mindset to come up with solutions our customers didn't know were possible
