Melbourne, Victoria, Australia beBeeDelivery Full time $60,000 - $120,000
Product Delivery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Product Delivery Specialist to contribute to the design and delivery of solutions across our product experiences.

  • Direct collaboration with engineers during the development cycle, coordination of in-flight work, demo reviewing work completed and owning team delivery.
  • Working with engineers to break down complex technical tasks into smaller, deliverable pieces and preparing ticket requirements.
  • Preparing high-level concept designs to review internally and preparing detailed designs and UX flows, working with the product team to define scope.
  • Attending team meetings to clarify scope, test ideas and collect feedback.
  • Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards.
  • Contributing to release notes.
  • Monitoring production support for issues raised by customer support teams, performing triage and ticketing up fixes if required.

This is a role with a strong focus on delivery — ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with engineers and scoping technical work rather than doing heavy visual design. The pace of this role will be fast, requiring you to learn quickly and navigate ambiguous work.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate product backlog refinement and prioritization.
  2. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  3. Ensure all stakeholders have visibility into the product roadmap and progress.
  4. Collaborate with engineers to identify and address technical debt.
  5. Develop and maintain documentation for the product and its features.

Requirements:

  • Experience working closely with product managers and engineers to plan, prioritize and deliver work.
  • Proficiency in Figma, creating UI libraries and design systems, and a solid understanding of UX/UI best practices.
  • Experience in web app and/or mobile app design.
  • Familiarity with AI tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting deadlines.
  • Ability to make pragmatic trade-offs while taking into account the end strategic goal.
  • Engineering, computer science or programming background (degree or other courses) is a plus.

What We Offer:

  • Opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing company.
  • Collaborative and supportive team environment.
  • Professional development and growth opportunities.

Collaboration and Development Opportunities:

  • Chance to collaborate with experienced professionals.
  • Supportive team environment that encourages growth.
  • Access to professional development opportunities.
