About the Role:

We seek a skilled and charismatic Guest Service Agent to deliver exceptional experiences for our esteemed guests at Pullman & Mercure Melbourne Albert Park. As a vital member of our team, you will leverage your analytical prowess and logistical expertise to create unforgettable moments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Relations Management: Ensure seamless guest interactions through efficient administrative tasks, data entry, and effective communication.
  • Group Arrivals and VIP Support: Prepare comprehensive resources and provide personalized services for our valued guests.
  • Exceptional Guest Services: Deliver warm welcomes, assist with check-ins and check-outs, and exceed guest expectations.

Qualifications:

  • A genuine passion for crafting memorable guest experiences.
  • Previous experience with data-driven processes, booking management, and forward planning for group arrivals is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Excel or similar software is beneficial.
  • Excellent attention to detail, adherence to procedures, and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle credit card and cash transactions confidently.
  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a rotating roster.
