**Destination Sport Experiences Specialist**

This is a varied, hands-on role involving the operational delivery of events, working closely with our International Delivery team.

Key responsibilities include planning event itineraries, preparing pre-departure information and liaising with external suppliers to confirm event details.

You will be responsible for building strong relationships with hotels, transport companies and other external suppliers, ensuring accurate and efficient logistics for our events.

A key aspect of this role is negotiating rates and terms with 3rd party providers, as well as managing tender processes where necessary.

In addition, you will be responsible for managing our product portfolio, ensuring accurate loading onto our website for sale.

Constant monitoring of sales performance and suggesting appropriate course of action will also be an essential part of this role.

Close collaboration with our internal Sales and Marketing teams will be crucial in driving business growth.

Requirements:

  • Passion for sports and travel industry experience (sports travel experience desirable)
  • Excellent planning and event management skills
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Able to manage logistics of events and prioritize workload effectively
  • Customer-focused with excellent relationship-building skills
