We are seeking a highly skilled coordinator to manage the Host City and Stakeholder Relations for a major sports event.

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating communication between various stakeholders, including government bodies and the football family. This will involve managing meeting schedules, drafting key communications, and tracking milestones using project management tools.

In addition, the role will require support with event logistics, including guest list management, RSVP tracking, and preparation of VIP/VVIP bios and protocol materials. The coordinator will also be responsible for formatting and distributing key documents, maintaining up-to-date contact lists, and providing general administrative support to leadership.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate stakeholder engagement and communication
  • Manage event logistics and documentation
  • Support leadership with administrative tasks
Requirements:
  • 1–3 years in event coordination, project management, or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and event management software
