Your Role:
We seek a driven leader to manage and grow our regional presence. You'll oversee teams across multiple branches, driving performance growth and delivering exceptional customer service within the defence community.
Reporting to the Chief Customer Experience Officer, you'll coach and develop your team to meet regional targets while implementing innovative initiatives to strengthen our brand and customer engagement.
This is an opportunity to join a dynamic Mutual Bank. A company vehicle is provided for regional travel.
About Your Qualifications
A Certificate IV in Financial Services or Frontline Management is desirable.
