Advanced Contracts and Service Delivery Manager

We are seeking an experienced Contracts and Service Delivery Manager to join our Northern Territory Services Delivery Team in Darwin. This is a key role that oversees the delivery of major managed services contracts, requiring strong leadership skills and expertise in contract management.

Key Responsibilities- Oversee the delivery of major managed services contracts in the Northern Territory;
- Maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful service delivery outcomes;
- Work collaboratively with the National Contracts Management team to provide ongoing contract management throughout the entire lifecycle of customer engagements;
- Ensure financial and compliance results for NEC through effective budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5 years' experience in Contracts or Service Delivery Management;
- Sound experience working with large contracts, including government contracts;
- Financial management experience, including supply and procurement;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Able to clearly articulate information in written and verbal communications;
- Knowledge of the ICT industry;
- Proven advanced skills in MS Office suite of products.
The salary for this position is approximately $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus superannuation and benefits.
