The Northern Territory Services Delivery Team at NEC Australia Pty Ltd oversees the delivery of major managed services contracts. The leadership team, including the Contract Manager, is responsible for maintaining relationships, achieving service delivery outcomes, and ensuring overall financial and compliance results.

In collaboration with the National Contracts Management team, the Services Delivery Contracts Manager works as part of the local team to provide ongoing contract management throughout the entire lifecycle of customer engagements.

Key Responsibilities

  • 5 years' experience of Contracts or Service Delivery Management.
  • Sound experience working with large contracts including government.
  • Financial management experience including supply and procurement
  • Ability to clearly and coherently articulate information in both written and verbal communications.
  • Knowledge of the ICT industry
  • Proven advanced skills in MS Office suite of products
