The role of the Services Delivery Contracts Manager is a key position within the Northern Territory Services Delivery Team. This team oversees the delivery of major managed services contracts, ensuring that NEC's service delivery outcomes are met and compliance results are achieved.

In collaboration with the National Contracts Management team, the Services Delivery Contracts Manager works as part of the local team to provide ongoing contract management throughout the entire lifecycle of customer engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To maintain relationships and ensure financial and compliance results for NEC in the Northern Territory.
  • To work collaboratively with the National Contracts Management team to provide ongoing contract management services.
  • To ensure that NEC's service delivery outcomes are met and compliance results are achieved.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in Contract or Service Delivery Management.
  • Sound experience working with large contracts, including government contracts.
  • Financial management experience, including supply and procurement.
  • Ability to clearly articulate information in both written and verbal communications.
  • Knowledge of the ICT industry.
  • Proven advanced skills in MS Office suite of products.
