As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to clients, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage reactive and preventive work orders, ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction.
  • Process calls, emails, and monitor complaints/escalations, providing a high level of customer service.
  • Raise purchase/service orders and process invoices, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance.
  • Act as a system champion for CMMS, FMS, and Finance Systems, providing training and support to colleagues.
  • Monitor spend on accounts and review revenue & margin streams, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage vendor relationships, tracking and monitoring vendor works and coordination.
  • Prepare customer reports and dashboards, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Ensure QHSE documentation is well-maintained on CBRE systems, adhering to regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Higher educational qualifications or degree.
  • Excellent PC-based skills, with a high level of experience in Word/Excel and Outlook – intermediate to advanced level.
  • 2 years' experience in a similar role, with a preference for Finance & Administration experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with clients and draft correspondence and documentation.
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills, with the ability to manage workflow and priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Customer service focus, with the ability to communicate with internal and external clients at all levels.
